Should ensure tests check solvers that utilize penalties and constraints, as mentioned in #212.

Should also check that solvers (especially solvers using multi-layer / nested parallel maps) clean up after themselves, as mentioned in #215.

Should make sure to include tests for Mpi(nodes, source=True), which is mostly deprecated, and known to fail (see ticket #255)
